1. The apparatus consists of lifting device, electrical heater, Standard oil cup, ignition device, flame application device, gas circuit and etc.
2. The apparatus configures right and left double ignition devices, which ensure no flame would extinguish during the flame sweeping detection progress. No other fire resource shall be used to light up the testing flame.
3. The apparatus equips with high precision needle-type valve to control gas resource, can precisely ensure testing-required flame’s diameter, also equips with standard fireball, can be compared with the testing flame at any time. And the gas circuit is made of stainless steel.
4. The apparatus equips with rapid detection flash point testing mode, only presses one button, user can enter into unknown flash point rapid test.
5. The apparatus’ automatic audible and visual alarm system will prompt user as soon as finishes the experiment, also the apparatus equips with double fan drives cooling device, can shorten experimental period.
